2009 Christopher C. Awobue launched Front Street Estates & Fine Homes LLC after 25 years of both management and real estate accumulated experiences. 2009 Christopher Awobue was elected for four years term Plainfield District Representative and Union County NJ Democratic Committee Member. Appointed by the Plainfield NJ Mayor on the Zoning Board for four years term. In 2008 nominated for Plainfield Housing Authority Commissioner by New Jersey Governor Jon Corzin. 2008-2009 Christopher joined Jordan Baris Inc., Realtors where he was exposed to 55 years of Father and Son experienced teams in real estate indurstry and highly sophiscated and computerized systems of Chairman Jordan Baris and his son Ken. Baris President of Jordan Baris Operation. 2006-2008 Christopher brought over eighteen years of sales and management exerience to NR LLC. Christopher extensive sales and financial analysis background include employment by Fortune 500 Companies such as First Investors Stock Brokerage Firm in Wall Street, New York City, New York and Dendrite International, in Morristown, New Jersey, as well as Government Agency HUD City of Newark Housing Authority. Christopher is licensed by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission and has worked as a residential specialist handling single and multi-family dwellings to represent both buyers and sellers at Century21 Emma Realtors, Maplewood New Jersey. In addition Christopher has worked for The Mortgage Consultants in Fairfield, New Jersey as a HUD-FHA approved real estate agent and mortgage consultant, which gives Christopher a well-rounded approach to the present residential real estate market forces that affect Newark, New Jersey Metropolis. Christopher holds two degrees: first from Long Island University- Brooklyn Campus, a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance, second from Touro College, New York City, Associates in Liberal Arts Science. Christopher also holds Microsoft NT Certification from Chubb Institute, Parsippany, New Jersey. Christopher completed and passed broker license tests and requirements, which will give him the edge to work with developers and individual investors on various low to moderate income housing projects in the cities of East Orange, Newark, Irvington, Orange, Maplewood, South Orange and West Orange. In this effort, Christopher has coordinated strategic partnerships with real estate professionals and nonprofit groups in the area to educate and facilitate the home buying process for potential first time homeowners and investors.
